Striking Fundamentals

In our Striking Fundamentals class, you’ll work on strikes and combinations (punches, kicks, knees, and elbows) to improve your striking and overall fitness. You might throw 100% strikes with or without a partner, but we might also incorporate weights, circuits, footwork drills, and more. Expect to get an excellent workout, improve your striking, and get stronger.

These classes are open to all levels of experience. We recommend hand wraps and/or boxing gloves for this class, but they’re not required.
