Okay, Jeff and I legitimately hate doing this, but reality is setting in and, truth be told, we don’t have thousands of dollars lying around waiting to be spent while we wait for insurance to figure out what they will replace. We set up a GoFundMe.
In case you haven’t heard, Krav Maga ATX experienced a devastating fire on July 15th. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Our studio, on the other hand, is destroyed.
The cost to recover is overwhelming at times and it’s part of the reason we’ve struggled to ask for help. How much will it cost to recover? We don’t know. How much will insurance cover in the end? We also don’t know. How long will all of this take? No clue.
We set up a GoFundMe for what we’re considering a “minimal viable recovery” so we can get the community back on the mats as soon as possible. If you’re in a position to help, we would be very grateful.
