Krav Maga ATX offers a women’s self defense class every Wednesday at 7:30pm.

The first Wednesday of the month is free and open to the public.

This class is welcome to anyone who identifies as a woman. No prior Krav Maga or fitness experience necessary.

Come train with one of our senior instructors, Amy Winters, to learn fast, effective responses to real world attacks.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN THIS CLASS?
You’ll be led through hands-on scenarios, learning to defend against attacks such as chokes, headlocks, and incoming strikes so that you can fight back, neutralize the threat, and escape.

Expect a good workout and a lot of scenario and stress-based drills, all done in a safe and welcoming environment for any level of fitness and martial arts experience.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING OR WEAR TO CLASS?
Dress in workout clothes that you feel comfortable moving and sweating in! No shoes allowed on the mats.

Bring a bottle of water.

This is a free class. Bring your friends!

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver and get settled in.
