About Our Classes
Krav Maga Quaranteams
Quaranteam classes are an hour of partner work with a teammate you’ve designated in advance! These classes offer the opportunity to work on strikes and combinations (how to punch, kick, knee, and elbow), hands-on self-defenses, and other combatives and Krav Maga training. These classes that may include advanced material but are open to all levels of experience.
You must coordinate with a partner before you arrive for these in person, hands-on classes.
- Masks required throughout class for the Saturday 9am
- Masks are optional once you’re on your designated spot Mon/Wed at 6pm
In our KM Bag classes, you’ll have the opportunity to work on strikes and combinations (punches, kicks, knees, and elbows) while utilizing our Wavemaster punching bags to improve your striking and overall fitness.
No partner is necessary. These classes are open to all levels of experience.
We recommend hand wraps and/or boxing gloves for this class, but they’re not required.
We also have options for masks-required and masks-optional classes.
About Each Instructor’s Bag Class
Amy’s KM Bag classes will be full of kickboxing combos—punches, kicks, elbows, knees—including work on defensive techniques and movement.
Brett and Monica Smith’s KM Bag classes will lean into the fitness elements of fighting, gaining repetition on various strikes and combinations while working to improve speed, strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Kaci’s KM Bag classes will focus on learning and honing your Krav Maga strikes and follow up combatives, including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. In this class, you can expect to refine your striking through combinations. This is a great class for beginners and more advanced students.
Freework Heavy Bag
Freework Heavy Bag gives you access to a heavy bag to do your own workout. Consider pairing this with Ryan’s shadowboxing drills or make up your own workout. This gives you access to a Heavy Bag from 5-5:30pm only. Only 2 bags are available at this time. They are zoned off so you have plenty of space between you and anyone else.
Krav Maga (Virtual)
Every Saturday, Jeff walks through a Technique Breakdown video, in which you will learn the basics of a Krav Maga technique or concept, along with some tips, adjustments, and common mistakes to help elevate your understanding of the hows and whys of our system.
Conditioning classes offer a total-body approach to building strength and stamina, fully modifiable to your level of current fitness in the comfort of your own home.
Conditioning workouts are delivered to our Inside Krav Maga Facebook group every Tuesday and Thursday morning!
Yoga classes focus on balance, core strength, and mobility to relieve stress and muscular tightness. Stretches and movements are targeted towards athletic recovery to help you continue to train hard.
Join us in a live, virtual class Thursdays at 7:30pm. We post the class by Friday morning so you can follow along even if you couldn’t make it to the live class.
