“My ____ Hurts”: Recognizing and Preventing Chronic Lower Body Injuries
This seminar will cover symptoms, causes, treatment, and prevention for common chronic injuries in the upper body.
In addition to education and lecture, there will be hands-on prevention strategies, where you’ll get to apply the various techniques.
By the end of the seminar, you’ll be able to recognize the onset of these chronic conditions in yourself and address them with prevention strategies before it becomes a greater issue.
With a focus on lower body conditions, this seminar will cover the following:
- Chronic lower back pain
- Lower crossed syndrome
- Patellofemoral pain (anterior knee pain)
- Shin pain (or “shin splints”)
